Wednesdays, 10am to 5pm

Acupuncture has been practised as a system of medicine in the Far East for around 2,000 years, and today it is one of the most researched complementary therapies. It can help with pain and with a wide range of stress-related health issues.

Traditional acupuncture is based on the idea of energy flowing through the body. Stimulating specific points aims to restore balance and support the body’s own healing.

Nervous about needles?

Most people are a little apprehensive before their first session. The needles we use are single-use, sterile and very fine, nothing like the needles used for injections or blood tests. Your acupuncturist will explain exactly what to expect, including how it feels, before you begin.

Insurance

Acupuncture is covered by many major private health insurance schemes. Please bring your membership number and authorisation code to your appointment.
