How we look after the information you share with us through this website.

Who we are

This website is run by Leeds Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd, Basement, 38a Park Square North, Leeds LS1 2NY. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website. You can contact us about your information on 0113 245 7800 or at physio@leedsphysioclinic.com.

What we collect

When you send a booking request, we collect your name, email address and phone number, the treatment you are interested in, the days and times that suit you, and what you tell us about the problem you are struggling with.

What you tell us about your problem may include information about your health. Please only share what you are comfortable with. We will ask for any further details at your appointment.

How we use it

We use the details in your booking request only to contact you, arrange your appointment and prepare for your care. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

Your request is stored securely in our booking system, and a copy is sent by email to our clinic team so we can respond quickly.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests only for as long as we need them to arrange your appointment. If you become a patient, the information forms part of your clinical record, which we keep in line with professional guidance for healthcare records.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use privacy-friendly visitor statistics that do not use cookies and do not identify you, simply so we can see how many people visit and which pages are useful.

Our clinic tour video is hosted on YouTube. It only loads, in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, when you choose to play it, at which point YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it or stop using it. To make a request, contact us using the details above.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please talk to us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
